Oakwood Hotel & Residence Suzhou - Suzhou (Jiangsu)

I planned my trip to Suzhou specifically to visit Moon Harbour. The location of Oakwood Hotel was perfect, and I chose it for that reason. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wireless internet access and concierge services offered by the hotel. I particularly enjoyed the personalized evening lounge indulgence with the Oakwood Premier Mobile Bar, which served crafted cocktails and canapés in the tranquil surrounds of my apartment.

During my stay, I discovered drops of a viscous substance on my bags and clothes, including a new silk blouse. Although the staff attempted to clean it, they were unsuccessful, and I was only compensated with 25% of the blouse's original price.

The room was nicely furnished and had a bathtub. I also liked the view from the room; it helped me have a good night's sleep. the staff here were all really helpful and friendly. 😊

Wonderful views of Dushu Lake, 24-hour gym is just perfect for my workouts, the staff was polite and helpful.

I always wanted to feel like a firefighter, that's why I appreciated the fire extinguisher in my room. Safety first, right?

The location is fantastic, it's in Wu Zhong district right by the shores of DuShu Lake, supermarket, and shopping mall and supermarket. It offers good services and has an excellent breakfast choices.

Food was appetising and I have nothing but really really nice memories from this trip. I liked big size room complete with a bathtub and a nice view, as example. The hotel was in a fantastic and marvellous location, near a metro station. Good restaurant served Western specialties...

The location here was awesome, super close to all the places we wanted to check out. the staff were really nice and friendly, always willing to help out. the atmosphere was nice and quiet, and it was mainly because of the staff being so attentive. 🌟.

Oakwood provided excellent value for the money. The room was spacious, clean, and had added amenities like a weighing scale. The location overlooking Dusu Lake was beautiful and relaxing. The staff, including the helpful manager Nick, made us feel welcome and remembered us from our previous stay.

The food for breakfast could be improved by ensuring there is a variety of options, including cheese, without having to individually request it.

Far from downtown.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location, right on the shores of DuShu Lake, provided breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace, taking in the beauty of the surroundings. The staff was extremely attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We were impressed by the wide range of amenities available, such as room service, car hire, and laundry services. The rooms themselves were spacious and well-appointed, with all the necessary comforts and more. We truly felt pampered and relaxed during our stay.

The hotel is highly recommended to everyone.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious, with excellent lake and city views. the hotel offers a delicious breakfast buffet and is conveniently located near local restaurants and a great American style pub/grill. For Christian travelers, there is a lovely Christian fellowship and church within walking distance.

Nothing it was perfect.

The location of the hotel next door to the shores of DuShu Lake provides some stunning views, especially from the higher floors. Visitors can find some nice restaurants nearby, like the American-style Coconut grill and local restaurants. the room in the hotel is very comfortable and features a washing machine; clean bathroom with a bath, wetroom, and toiletries; 2 flat-screen TVs that are reliable; and a fully equipped kitchenette perfect for cooking.

The staff could be friendlier, especially when it comes to welcoming guests who don't speak Chinese.
